Second Web page

Today I try to add different kind of stylesheet and make it look different but there is something I'm doing wrong, I also try to move one picture and both of the pictures move, its getting confusing.
at least I learning more how to position paragraphs, pictures and how to add different kind of backgrounds, and heading. I also keep adding old codes which are really useful like this one :

* { font-weight: bold; }

  which it allows all the fonts to be bold.
