Finally today I got the problem fixed with the SCC3, the problem it wasn't my page it was the Property text-shadow didn't exist in CSS level 2.1, so I went to the CSS validating service and changed the profile to CSS lever 3 then It give me no errors.
My goal for this week its to keep reading the book and add more knowledge to my web page by adding more cool stuffs like different font or different things that no one have ever seem.
Great! CSS 3 is going to be a big help. It has new features to make positioning with CSS much easier.
